Recognising that we're in the early stages of our sustainability journey, we're proud of the principles we have in place while our dedicated sustainability team works towards even greater milestones.
Our industry-first EV allowance sees every full-time employee at Be Intelligent receive $5,000 after one year of service that goes towards a new sustainable ride. This coupled with the recent government grants make the path towards sustainable driving even more attainable.
Doing our bit also means we aim for our Auckland and Christchurch offices to be paper-free, being particular about our suppliers and recycling processes. We also look for opportunities to use renewable energy sources or solar options wherever we can.
While we love the opportunity for face to face meetings with our clients, we aim to use video conferencing and other digital communication channels in place of air travel for the vast majority of get togethers, and ensure we offset air travel whenever this is unavoidable.
We're continually improving our sustainability practices and are always looking for new ways, big or small, that we can have a positive impact on our beloved planet.
