Be Intelligent is looking for a super star Full Stack Developer to join our high-performing team of technical experts and experienced end users in Auckland. This is a full time permanent position. This role will operate at the forefront of technology, providing innovative and tailored solutions where out-of-the-box falls short. The role provides the flexibility to Trailblaze new applications, languages and processes to improve our service offerings. About the role
This isn't a pure Salesforce role; in order to deliver customer success we require diverse integrations and frontend technology skills and you will be a key part of that approach. You will be a competent problems solver, operating at the forefront of technology responsible for building out technical solutions for our clients in line with the best practices for custom declarative and problematic applications and you will support the team with your technical know how, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
As an active team player you will assist with the technical expertise during the pre-sales client discovery process and proposal writing, actively supporting solution development. Your experience of working in an agile environment will enable you to work closely with our Project Managers to create and assist in the writing of Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria / Business Driven Development or Test Driven Development. You will have working knowledge of the Salesforce suite of products (certification a plus) and associated integrations, and depending on client requirements, where solutions design requires it, you will be able to:
- build out custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex etc
- utilise other programming language to build external (to Salesforce) solutions
You will also be a competent communicator capable of creating documentation and 'how to' guides for end users of the software and solutions you develop..
You'll also have:
2+ years' experience in a similar role
A passion for the Salesforce suite of products (certification a bonus)
Experience with version control such as Bitbucket, Git, Github etc
A can do attitude and approach to problem solving, you keep up to date with latest digital trends and developments and lover tinkering with new tools
Excellent communication skills, not afraid to ask questions and the ability to communicate technical problems into plain english for client and colleagues
A customer-friendly approach - you will be facing them regularly
A team player attitude
A track record of successful delivery / implementation
Experience working in an agile environment
Familiarity with Harvest, Confluence, Jira and Slack
Excellent time management skills and a strong eye for detail
Ability to work in Aoteroa being a NZ citizen, have permanent residency or a valid working visa

$80 - $100k
